Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and self-defense system rooted in traditional Japanese JuJitsu and further developed by the Gracie family in Brazil to combine Judo, Wrestling, Grappling and Submission techniques. The focus of the sport is to control and overcome greater size and strength by utilizing superior leverage, grip and position upon your opponent.
